SIDING & EXTERIOR FINISHES
DECKS AND OUTDOOR STRUCTURES
Kurtz Construction did some much needed bathroom work for me and I couldn't have been happier with the results and service. I had specific requirements regarding timing and details due to tenants within the home. Kurtz Construction was perfectly accommodating, responsive, and courteous.
5 Stars for sure!
Kurtz construction removed our old deck and built a beautiful new one with a gazebo- workmanship is incredible!
We had met with another contractor who came to see us after a three-week wait. They then committed to our job - but didn't know when they could 'fit us in'. Three months later they still had no idea. I then met Brendan and ask if he could do some work for us. He made a quick visit, we discussed the scope of the project, he committed to a date and provided pricing.
The best was that he showed up on the agreed upon date, completed the work to our satisfaction and the invoice was exactly as agreed upon.
We were extremely pleased.
We contacted Brendan to talk about installing a fence down the side of our property, Brendan was very professional in his approach and advised us on what type of fence style would best suit our needs.
... The work was completed on time with no surprise costs. The transformation from the before and after was amazing and we received many compliments from our friends and neighbours asking who had done the work for us.
My wife and I would recommend Kurtz Construction to anyone looking to have home renovations done.
I’ve worked with Brendan for many years. We started as colleagues, and then I hired Brendan for a project at my home. Since then, I have recommended him to clients and friends. He is honest and hard working, and I trust him to do good work, without question.
He would be a valuable member of any renovation team!
MARGE AND ALAN
We required a fence for our small yard because we had purchased a dog. We were very pleased with the work plus the fact that Brendan had used 6 x 6 posts instead of 4 x 4 posts. Also was impressed that he hand mixed the quick set cement before dumping in the post hole. Many contractors would just pour in the dry cement and then pour water in hole.
At the end of the day a job well done.
